    Sound familiar? Anxiety, and the stress it produces, can sometimes focus us to perform at our best. But too much anxiety can take over our lives, degrading our ability to work, to relate to others, and to perform the normal tasks of daily living. Together we will work to understand that cycle of worry, its triggers and the factual underpinnings and causes. Understanding is the first step in getting in charge. Then together we will develop a plan for success in addressing and freeing yourself from the anxiety that binds you.
